I can't log in, as I need Google Authenticator on my new phone

Some users have '2 Factor Authentication' enabled on their account. This means that when they log in they need to enter a code generated by their mobile phone. These codes only remain valid for around 30 seconds.

If you have '2 Factor Authentication' enabled on your account and you change your phone, you will need to contact Support to install the new code generator on your new phone.

If you have a company issued phone, the app (Google Authenticator) is already installed on your phone, but you still need to contact Support to install the code into the app.

After your identity has been verified, you will be guided through how to install the new code on your phone.

If you don't have to enter a '2 Factor Authentication' code when you log in, you don't need to contact Support when you change your phone.
